However, the fact is that whenever we find ourselves with no other choices, it further implies that the choice/s overpowers us and hence, we concluded to a "no choice" decision. There, a choice has been made to conclude. We have already made a choice of not persevering by searching for an alternative. Our minds have already made a choice to tackle the "no choice" problem, the other way.

Whenever you find yourself saying you need to go on a diet or you have to strictly adhere to your diet, you have made a choice to put your determination and resilience to the test. You yourself have decided to do so and failing which, you have too, made a choice to ignore the existence of your diet and allow yourself to succumb to temptation and eat to your hearts' contentment. You made a choice to fail and thus, you made a choice by creating a "platform" to expose yourself to the possibility of inferiority complex should this persists for a few years.

Whenever you walk, you'll usually walk on the pavement because you assume that the pavement is safer. It is obviously safer as compared to walking on the road but have you considered the possibility of an automobile coming your way at 200 mph? Probably not, probably yes. If you shelved that thought away, you have made a choice by assuming that the pavement is safer and not make your life so difficult by giving it a thought or two.

Take shopping for instance. People tend to attend to their "wants" than "needs". Doing so, they have already made a choice by feeding their "wants" than attending to their "needs". If this perception persists, problems will arise. They have decided to forgo considering the consequences and has this "buy first, decide later" conception. Try starting off by categorizing the items you want, and need and slowly take it from there.
